Southern Region of the Moon

The large crater (containing several smaller craters) at the top is Clavius. The crater with the prominent central peak below it is Tycho. Mare Nubius is at the lower right.
Telescope: Takahahsi FS-102 (stopped down to f/16) w/19mm eyepiece projection (approx. f/43)
Camera:  ST-8 w/Lunar Filter
Mount: G11
Exposures: .22 sec.
Processing:  The image was captured using CCDSoft v.5. Some unsharp mask was applied in Photoshop 7.
